International Basketball School Claudio Papini
Only 200 campers, both males and females aged from 8 to 20,
will be allowed to attend the Supercamp sessions.
The Supercamp coaching staff includes italian and international coaches.
The training schedule focuses on individual and team fundamentals.
The practice program will be tailored to the age, physical ability and
technical knowledge of each participant.
All the campers will be divided in 3 groups by age and personal skills.
| 1. NIT | 8-11 years |
| 2. NCAA | 12-15 years |
| 3. NBA | 16-20 years |
Training in basketball fundamentals tailored to the specific
abilities and experience of each participant has always been
Supercamp’s major goal. This is the 18th edition of the camp
and thanks to the experience gained over the years in colleges
in the United States, the WBSC boasts the organization and
technical know-how of American camps. In order to ensure and
maintain an elevated technical level, the camp has limited the
numbers allowed into this basketball program.
Our young participants are expected to put in some very hard
physical work and a lot of concentration every day.
Thanks to the facilities of the Campus we can focus on
different targets. We have 3 indoor wood floor courts and
3 outdoor courts. In addition to all the fundamentals, the
schedule will also include training for specific positions.
Each campers will practice on: footwork, individual defence,
dribbling and ball-handling, passing, shooting, 1on1, 2on2
and 3on3.
WBSC American High School and College trial session
The staff of the WBSC will use some collaboration and supervision of the American Head Coach John Saintignon to appraise and eventually to signal deserving campers to American High Schools and Ncaa Colleges.
