Wbsc Supercamp Amateurs’ Sport Association Regulations

Art. 1) These Regulations were drawn up by the Management Board of the Wbsc Supercamp Amateurs’ Sport Association, and approved of by General Meeting of the Association Members on 12/16th/2004. They regulate the Association activities, as provided for by the art. 2 of the Association Statute. Art. 2) The Association is a non-profit-making organization with the purpose to promote and develop the amateurs’ sport activities, and especially Basketball. Art. 3) Anyone who is interested in the activities described in point 2, can join the Association by sending the Management Board the duly filled application form that can be found online in the www.wbsc.it website. Art. 4) If the application is accepted by the Management Board, the new Member must pay for the yearly membership fee valid from September 1st to August 31st. Art. 5) Any rejection will be explicitly justified by the Management Board. Art. 6) The new Member will receive the membership cards of the Association and of the organization to which the Association is affiliated. This will include the accident insurance policy. Art. 7) The attendance fees for the Association courses are set by the Management Board every year. Art. 8) In order to attend the courses and any other related activity, the Member must:        pay for the membership fee; submit the health certificate, as provided for by the Law; Art. 10) The Association shall not be held responsible for any damage as a consequence of any accident, injury or illness occurred to its Members. In case of accident or emergency, the Member will be cared properly, and will receive any necessary cure and treatment by physicians and physiotherapists. Additionally, the association shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the Members to things and/or persons and for the loss of documents occurring during the scheduled sport activities. Art. 11) The Associations refuses any responsibility for damages, thefts or tampering in the locker rooms, gyms, outdoor areas, vehicles and rooms. Art. 12) By their membership, the Members declare to know and abide by these Regulations, and to be bound to hold the Association and those who are jointly liable exempt and not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that could occur anyhow to anyone or anything, including the athletes, the teaching members, the coaches, the accompanying persons, the audience, as a consequence of or in relation to the usage of the equipment and of the fittings, thus exempting the Association and those who are jointly liable from any claim, action or demand (whether judicial or extrajudicial) that could be filed anyhow by anyone in relation to the sport practice. However, the Association protects itself against any risk deriving from the use of the equipment and from the performance of sport activities with a suitable liability insurance policy. The Member waives any claim for damages for an amount higher than the insurance limit of indemnity. Art. 13) The Member is entitled to be informed on the most relevant facts about the Association management, development and guidelines. For this purpose, the Member can require any information and explanation by asking the President. Art. 14) All Members must abide by the rules of good manners, moral standards, fairness in personal relationships and shall not disturb in any way the activities of other Members. Art. 15) The Member is obliged to abide by all the provisions of the Statute and of these Regulations. The Member is entitled to all the rights as provided for by the Statute and by these Regulations since the moment his/her application is accepted. Art. 16) The Management Board is empowered with the enforcement of these Regulations and of any measure against those Members who would not abide by these Regulations, as provided for by the Law and the Statute. Art. 17) For whatever is not mentioned in these Regulations, the provisions of the Statute, of the book I of the Civil Code and, subordinately, of the book V of the Civil Code shall apply. The Court of Forlì will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Art. 18) These Regulations can be modified by the General Meeting of the Association Members.

According to the provisions of the D,L.# 196 of 06/30th/2003 applying to personal data protection, I hereby authorize the Wbsc Supercamp amateurs’ sport association to process my personal data, for the purpose of information on future initiatives, services and offers exclusively. Consequently, I agree to my personal data (including the sensitive ones) acquisition and processing for social, management and administrative purposes in relationship with and necessary for the scopes of the statement. Furthermore, I hereby authorize the association to make lawful use of the multimedia images produced during the events organized by the association, with the purpose of promoting the activities among all members.
